Apologies to all my readers. I’m well past my ‘restart’ date, but not because I’ve lost interest in blogging. The very day I planned to write new blogs I received a call at work that my neighbor’s row home was on fire. The blaze spread quickly and unfortunately my house sustained enough damage that I’ve been living out of a hotel for the past 3 weeks. The best estimate has me moving back home on November 1. I hope to start blogging again soon, but it may have to wait until things are a little more settled!

Oh my goodness! I’ve been in a few housefires myself- not fun. Best of luck getting things back on track – we really enjoy your posts over here at the Ecology Action Centre!
Thanks for the comment! It’s been a wild ride. And to add to it all, in the past week I’ve had to deal with a burglary and flooding! I still plan to get back to writing, but the timing is pretty dependent now on finding more permanent housing and/or a lull in work projects. Fingers crossed!
